Join us for the 2025 Active Texan Triathlon, a sprint triathlon in the Bryan/College Station area benefiting The First Win in honor of John C. Webb Jr.

This event is a fun and meaningful way to get active while giving back to the community. Whether you’re racing to beat your personal best or just crossing the finish line for the first time, you’ll be supporting a great cause along the way.

The race includes a 400-meter swim, 15-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run, taking place at Lake Walk and through the beautiful Traditions neighborhood in Bryan, Texas. It’s a perfect race for both experienced triathletes and beginners looking to complete their first multisport event. Not ready to take on all three legs? No problem! Grab a couple friends and sign up for our relay division.

Our 2024 race was a huge success, thanks to the incredible participants, volunteers, and supporters who made it possible. We can’t wait to make 2025 even better!

About John C. Webb Jr.

John was a pillar of our firm and the community he loved. He made those around him better, and his relentless spirit motivated every one of us to be the best we can be in every moment. John was a true leader who cared for, and got to know everyone who entered our doors, from the college student runners to the most senior attorneys. John loved his family dearly and taught us the importance of dedicating time to our families, even while endeavoring to pursue excellence in our professions. John relied upon his faith to supply the grace needed to lead ‘a life well-lived.’ One of John’s recent passions was co-founding First Win – a non-profit organization that focuses on supporting and empowering children in our community.
