We’re excited to announce the 3rd Annual Active Texan Tinsel Trot, happening Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 5 PM at Lake Walk in Bryan–College Station! The Tinsel Trot features a 5K, 10K, and 1-mile family fun run, all set against the beautiful backdrop of Lake Walk.

New for 2026: the Tinsel Trot is teaming up with the Lake Walk Holiday Bazaar, happening the same day right at the finish line. That means your brand won’t just reach our runners and their cheering sections — it’ll be in front of the shoppers, families, and holiday crowds flowing through the Bazaar too. More foot traffic, more eyes on your logo, more reasons to partner with us this year.

To make this event truly special, we’re inviting local businesses like you to partner with us. Your support will help ensure the success of this growing holiday tradition while showcasing your commitment to health, wellness, and community connection in Bryan–College Station.

What makes the Tinsel Trot special:

• A festive, family-friendly night complete with multiple race distances and a holiday-themed atmosphere

• A same-day pairing with the Lake Walk Holiday Bazaar, putting your brand in front of runners, spectators, and holiday shoppers alike.

• A unique opportunity to align your brand with a beloved local event focused on community, celebration, and active living.

We anticipate 200+ participants along with many more spectators, supporters, and Holiday Bazaar shoppers this year, providing fantastic visibility and promotional opportunities for our sponsors. Enclosed, you’ll find details on sponsorship levels and benefits. Your involvement will not only make the Tinsel Trot possible — it will help us continue building a joyful, healthy holiday tradition for our community.
